Cricket Canada KIDS made a stop last month at the Williamsburgh Community Association's community festival to put on a demonstration of cricket for the region.

Praim Persaud from CCO spearheaded the efforts to have the demonstration done for the thousands in attendance at the annual festival. Youth on hand got a first hand look at cricket and were able to try out the game using one of the CC KIDS kits on display at the event.

Williamsburg Community and CCO will be working to find ways to have cricket integrated into the community program.

Cricket Canada KIDS in the official community and schools cricket program in Canada and is present in all of Canada's provinces. Cricket Canada and its provincial partners work with coaches and teachers across the country to teach cricket to Canada's youth.

Cricket Canada thanks Praim Persaud and CCO for another successful CC KIDS event.
