JIMMY HANSRA TOP SCORED WITH 30 AGAINST NETHERLANDS

Canada looks to bounce back on day 2 of the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup Qualifier in Dubai. On Tuesday Canada were crushed by 42 runs by Netherlands and need a victory to vault back into competition.

Canada's opposition will be Papua New Guinea who played a hard fought 6 wicket loss to Afghanistan on Tuesday.

Jimmy Hansra (30, 0-11)  top scored for Canada in the loss while Harvir Baidwan (3-29, 21) was the pick of the bowlers.

All eyes will be on former England wicket keeper Gerraint Jones who is now playing for his country of birth and will be looking to score runs after not troubling the scorers on Tuesday.

Canada's bats will have to fire for the team to be successful and all eyes will be on the top order to see if they can break out of their funk.
